Fair Value = (EPS * (8.5 + 2g) * 4.4) / Bond Yield

EPS        =   Earnings per share over the last 12 months
8.5x       =   Earnings per share over the last 12 months
g*         =   Long-term growth rate
4.4        =   Yield of high-grade corporate bonds in 1962
Bond Yield = Current 20 Year AAA Corporate Bond Yield
